Sumo Jump Squat Jump Tuck

  • Stand with your feet wide apart.
  • Your feet and knees are pointing out to the sides.
  • Keep your chest up engage your abs, push your hips back keeping your back straight, and squat down until your thighs are parallel to the ground.
  • Jump up at least a few inches off the floor.
  • Land into the starting position, then jump your feet together so that they’re hip width apart.
  • Jump up and tuck your knees as close to your chest as possible.
  • You can do this exercise easier by sticking to gentle squat jumps.
