Back Extension to Power Push Up

  • Squeeze your glutes when lifting your chest off the ground during back extensions
  • Make sure to tense all of the muscles in your body so that your body stays in one straight line as you push off of the ground when doing the power push up
  • Keep your elbows close to your body when doing power push ups
  • If the power push up is too hard for you, get onto your knees and push off of the ground only with your arms. Your body has to be straight from your knees to your shoulders, and all muscles should be tensing.
