Half Burpees

- Keep your body in a straight line when in plank
- Your hands are directly under your shoulders and arms fully extend
- Keep your neck in neutral position – don’t bend your neck up or down
- Jump as high as you can
- Think about keeping your shoulders packed – back and down. It will help you not only in the plank but also for the jump
- Think about keeping your chest up as soon as you jump your feet forward
- Tense all of the muscles in your body when you jump into plank
- If this exercise is too hard for you, try stepping forward instead of jumping. Just get into plank and then get up as fast as you can.
