  • Make sure to round your back when rolling backwards
  • Hold the kettlebell with both hands in front of your chest
  • Keep your wrists straight
  • Get into deep squat with your elbows in between your knees
  • Your knees are pointing the same direction as your toes
  • Try to keep your back as straight as possible when in the squat and when standing up
  • Lock the elbows when you press the KB overhead
