Snatch Surrender Squat

  • Snatch starts like one arm swing
  • When the kettlebell is at about you eye level you have to bend your elbow slightly and pull the KB closer and then punch through the KB handle right up towards the ceiling
  • Lock your elbow
  • The leg opposite to the arm holding the KB kneels down first
  • Sit all the way back onto your heels
  • Squeeze your glutes when getting back up onto your knees
  • The leg opposite to the arm holding the KB stands up first
