    Hi Z,

I watched both this video and the instructional video for the jump lunge to see what the difference is. It does look a little bit different, but may you please explain what I should be doing differently in a low split jump versus a jump lunge? Thank you! 🙂

      Hi,
I don’t know if you got your response. Here is what I noticed. In the low split jumps you are bringing both feet (legs) together before switching legs when jumping. In the lunge jumps you are jumping and alternating legs at the same time (your feet are always one on the front and one in the back and never together like in low split jumps).

      I hope that helps!

Thank you, Nicoletta! This actually helps greatly! That is a significant difference.
