    I love your workouts but am having trouble with tendinitis in my shoulders and elbows after the kettle bell workouts….any suggestions? Have you found the size/length of the grip of the kettle ball to make a difference in execution of the exercises? (I have been working out for years and consider myself to be in good shape.)
