Knee Sliders

  • Keep your hands directly under your shoulders
  • Start in plank with your body in one straight line. Don’t drop your hips.
  • Brink your knee to the same elbow, then slide down to your wrist, then back up to elbow and into plank.
  • Don’t shrug your shoulders and don’t bring your shoulder blades together by sagging down. Contract the muscles in your upper body.
