Plank Jump to Plank Jack Transformers

- Start in plank position with your hands under your shoulders and feet hip width apart
- Keep your body in one straight line and tense all of the muscles
- Jump your feet forward towards your arms and then right back
- Get down onto your elbows and jump your feet apart and back together, return to plank
- Make sure you’re not arching your lower back and dropping your hips
- Don’t shrug your shoulders or bring your shoulder blades together by sagging your upper body – keep your shoulders packed and tense the muscles of your chest and upper back
- Don’t be sloppy with the jumps and focus on tensing the muscles in your legs
