Side to Side Jump (with Jump Rope)

  • Keep your elbows close to your body
  • Keep your shoulders back and down and your chest up
  • Spin the rope only with your wrist
  • Jump with your feet together from side to side each time you swing the rope under your feet
  • Practice jump roping outside of your workouts for at least a few minutes a day to learn the skill. It won’t take long and you will be able to follow the workouts within 2-3 weeks if you practice daily.
