Double Knee Hug to Double V-up

- Keep your shoulder blades and your legs off the ground at all times
- Sit up and hug your knees two times and then twice with your legs fully extended and pointing towards the ceiling
- When you do the V-Ups try to keep you back straight as you sit up
- If the v-ups are too hard your can bend your knees until you have the strength to do at least a few reps with your legs extended
