Spicy Salmon on top of Avocado Spread (FM)

*Yields 1 Portion
Ingredients:
1/2 avocado, cubed
1/8 red onion, chopped
1 tbsp fresh cilantro or parsley finely chopped
1 small tomato, chopped
1 lime, juiced
1 salmon fillet
olive oil
Algae oil or Avocado oil
ground cumin
paprika powder
chili powder
Instructions:
- rub salmon with olive oil, then season with cumin, paprika and chili powder, to taste
- over medium high heat add Algae or Avocado oil and salmon and cook through about 5-min each side.
- while salmon cooks… add avocado, tomato, and red onion to a bowl, top with cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
- Spread the avocado mix on a plate and top with salmon and enjoy!
*I’ve been using Algae oil for cooking because it’s apparently the hottest thing on the market right now as it suppose to be the healthiest type of oil with the highest smoke point. Can’t wait to tell you more about this soon!

I can’t believe how that small portions are enough for you, even if you eat very regularly, you have got so gorgeous body which needs proper nutrition..so one small portion of salmon is enough for a lunch, and it makes you ok for the next few hous?

hmm let’s see, I do have a gorgeous body (thank you), I do have ton of energy and I do rock my workouts. I think the answer is yes, my body gets plenty of nutrition 🙂 Also it’s hard to see the actually portion size from a photo. Maybe it looks like a miniature version of a salmon fillet.

This is so yummy! The avocado spread really adds some good flavor to this dish instead of just over a salad =]. I use 6oz salmon fillet portions, I think this is a good size serving, no? Also love how fast and easy this is to make.
