Pass Under Squat to Pass Under Backward Lunge and Elbow Strike

  • Hold the kettlebell handle by the edge so that you can grab the other edge as you pass it under your knee when you squat down
  • Pass the kettlebell under the other knee as you lunge back
  • Lift the kettlebell to your collarbone level as you stand up, grab the bottom of the bell with your other hand and strike with the elbow of the arm that is holding the handle, twisting your upper body the same direction.
  • Make sure you’re not rounding your back at any point of this exercise combo. Keep your chest up.
  • Always keep your knees pointing the same direction as your toes
