Herbal Tea Smoothie (FM)

*Makes 1 Portion

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon berry herbal tea (I used my new custom blend that will be available in my store soon but in the meantime you can use any berry herbal tea)
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup frozen berry blend (I used blackberry, raspberry, blueberry mix)
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup kale
2 tablespoons Monk Fruit or erythritol (Swerve Sweetener),

Instructions:

  1. prepare the tea by heating water and letting the herbal tea steep in the water for about 5 minutes
  2. Add tea, frozen berries, kale and erythritol into a blender and mix until smooth.

This is a great semi-sweet smoothie that is perfect if you have a craving.  Using erythritol to sweeten keeps this drink a FM (free meal) snack to enjoy anytime.

      You can! At the bottom of the recipe there is a button that says “Mark as Favorite”. Then you can access your favorites by clicking on the Mt Account button. Yay!

    I personally like stevia better bc I found it sweeter than erythritol. Is either one better or worse for you?

    Does erythritol have any harmful side effects? Can you expand a little more on this product and where to buy please? Thanks!!
