33. Knee Hug

    I recently purchased your book to workout during trips and I am loving it. The problem is that I can’t do the Knee Hugs. I think I have long tail bone and it really hurts while I am doing Knee Hugs, AB Splitters or any other Ab exercise. How can I replace these exercises? Because putting some cushion isn’t working for me.

      You could work your abs using sliders so you’d be in a plank position, or via hanging exercises on pull up bar. You can also do the knee hugs on the ground and turn sideways so you’re not sitting on the tailbone. Just split the reps into two equal sets to work both sides.
