    Hello Zuzka,

    This exercise is really difficult for me. I have never been able to do a full sit up so I can’t even do the modified version of this exercise. Do you have any recommendation for me to start?

    I have the same problem Jeydaa..I just don’t manage to move my back up from the ground…just a little bit…please help :-)! Thanks Zuska, you’re great!

      Keep your arms beside you on the ground and help yourself with one hand to get up. First you get up onto your elbow and then onto your help for support. As you get stronger you can do the version with both hands behind your head. Xo
