  • The balls of your feet should be lined up and toes rotated outwards like a ballerina
  • Bounce back and forth between the front and the back foot
  • Try to stay on the balls of your feet without even touching the ground with your heels

    I love this so much, never heard of this jump rope variation either. Barely mastered the high knees, next are these guys!
