*Bent over rows – pull up substitute 

Zuzka Stretching

Stand with your feet little wider than hip width apart and bend from your hips. Keep your back straight maintaining a slight arch in your lower back. Extend your arms with the dumbbells towards the ground and then bring them up squeezing your shoulder blades together as you see on the picture.

    This is such a cool exercise! Thank you for adding this to the library and workouts! I am excited to do something new and challenging with my bar and especially to work my obliques more (needed)!
