Hey Zuzka! Since you posted this, my mind has always been on good form. I didn’t even have to take pictures, to know that my body is out of line. What you are talking about (and being so appauld by it :)) ) – I have it. The knees that are turned to the inside, instead of pointing straight forward. I did know that, I had them ll my life but just thaught I can blame genetics for it, but I only now made the link between the pain that I might have after a longer run (either ankles, knees or even backpain) or the difficulties I have with some of your exercises, because my ankles and knees don’t bend properly.
I started to pay extra attention at even the simplest exercises, as Squats, and do them now at a much easier pace, just to be sure that I get the right movement/position of the legs/feet every time.
I am certainly not a beginner, as I am working out with you since 2010 :), and I’m not doing such a bad job at keeping up.
But that is why this actually came as a very disturbing ” moment” for me. Nevertheless… I feel thatI have to ask you for help.
I would be much appeciative, if you would elaborate a little, on how you managed to fix that problem for yourself, or what steps (and exercises) one could follow, for this particular issue, to fix the positioning of the knees (and maybe ankles) and finally work on making the muscles understand how they should be moving. I strive for fitness improvement, and feel that this is one issue thatis high up on my priority list, if I want to be able to follow you along further.. (and should be anyones)
Thanks for the help and all the great workouts ๐
