Quick Apple Cookies Snack (FM)

*This is such a simple snack;  just adds a little more fun to your afternoon than just eating an apple, right? 😉

**Makes 1 Yummy Portion

Ingredients:
1 apple
2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
1 tablespoon raw cacao chips
1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions:

  1. Slice and apple into 3 large slices and use a knife to core and remove the seeds.  Distribute the peanut butter and spread on evenly.
  2. Top with pecans, cacao chips and shredded coconut.
  3. Enjoy!

    Apples and peanut butter are epic pairings. This is one of my favorite go to snacks.
