Apple with Brie Cheese, Honey & Almonds (FM)

Honey is basically a pure sugar, which makes it a WEM, but this recipe doesn’t require too much of it, and the brie cheese and apple make up for that little bit of sugar, so I enjoy it as a FM at anytime of the day.
Ingredients:
1 apple sliced
Brie cheese
1 tbsp sliced almonds
2 tsp honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
- Slice the brie cheese so that you can add a small piece on top of each apple slice.
- Distribute the sliced almonds evenly on top of each slice of cheese.
- Drizzle the honey over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon.

I use to put sliced cheddar on apple for ages, and it is very good.
In fact, both combinations taste great! 🙂

I like the mixture of apple, brie and fresh fig. I discovered this in a sandwich, but could be put on a rice or corn cracker, or on its own (no cinnamon)
