Pre pregnancy i would make a fall flavored bullet proof cinnamon turmeric coffee. But i can’t be low carb at 27 weeks. So I don’t do bullet proof coffee often. I sure do miss it before my training.

I cut out my pre-workout coffee during pregnancy too. Really missed it. I replaced it with a sweet potato brownie! Hope your pregnancy is going well X

I have read that the type of cinnamon you consume is important. The kind of cinnamon you find at your local grocery store is cassia cinnamon and can be toxic to your liver. The kind of cinnamon that has all the health benefits without negative effects is ceylon cinnamon and can be found at a health food store. Interesting…..

Any of you shift workers or have a schedules that flip flop?? Do you find it hard to keep your diet on track? I work 3 twelve hr night shifts (sleep during the day, work night and days off up by 10 asleep by 2a). I’m able to keep my workouts going each day, sleep is not a problem (7-8hr/night) but my eating is all over the place. Can’t seem to get on a schedule…either not hungry, it’s too late or I don’t eat enough. It’s very frustrating. Would love to hear your feedback and/or suggestions.
