Christmas Tree Hunting Weekend Before Christmas

Happy Holidays!!
Jesse and I had a great weekend before the Holidays and a lot of fun picking our Christmas tree. What do you put on the top of your tree? Angel, star, or something completely different? Besides the Christmas tree hunting and decorating, we were also quite active and went for a long bike ride all the way up to the Hollywood Lake. That reminds me, that I wanted to encourage you to take photos or videos of you doing a handstand, burpee, or a pistol squat if you go to some special trip or vacation and send it to me to zuzka@zuzkalight.com. I’ll be happy to share it on my website and inspire others to do the same thing! It’s really fun to do that and I find that easier then trying to stay still and smile into the camera which may be sometimes awkward 🙂 Anyways, here is our video of three hunting and having fun by the lake.Â

I took a cluster of fake poinsettia flowers and wired them together for a tree topper. This was to replace the star I’ve used for years. Just wanted something different.

Awww…I love you guys! Chloe was excited to see Jesse again. 😉 I’m definitely with Zuzka on this one – angel! Where did the Santa Claus idea come from?! I guess you can put whatever you want on the top of the tree. Yours turned out beautifully!
$700 for a tree?! Maybe if you’re going to plant it in your backyard and keep it going year round…that’s insane.
I miss CA…the Hollywood Lake area and the weather looked beautiful! I’ve been doing your workouts, teaching Jazzercise classes, chasing Chloe around the house and going on walks around the neighborhood.
