Zuzka Light on Fox News Magazine - Benefits of High-Intensity Workouts...

Hey guys!

Im so proud to have had the opportunity to contribute to an article for Fox News Magazine!  It’s all about short, high-intensity workouts.  All of my online workouts are focused around this style because they’re super effective!

In order to see results though, these type of workouts must be done at near max effort for the entire time!  If you use maximum, continuous effort for just 15 minutes a day, you will see increased metabolism and calorie burn for hours to come.  These kind of workouts give you a huge boost of energy and because they’re short, it’s easy to find time every day to get in a good workout!

 

Basic helpful tips for short, high-intensity workouts:

 

  • Set a time, maybe 15 minutes, and promise yourself you will push hard and not stop working until time is up!
  • Incorporate total-body cardio exercises, like a burpee, to get the most out of each workout
  • Remember that your mind will probably give up before your body will, so quiet that voice inside telling you that you need a break, and just keep moving, it’s only 15 minutes!
  • Do a quick warm-up before you start, cool down when you’re done, and keep good form throughout to minimize the risk of injury and soreness.

    I have always been a BIG fan of fitness…YES i was a gym junky….But not anymore I found all I need in the Zgym and thanks to Zuzka you have made my life so much easier…NO EXCUSES anymore why I should not be in the best shape all year round. Thank you Zuzka , you have done so much for me…..

    since discovering Zuzkas workouts and now zgym seldomly go to gym. I have achieve so much more benefits -energy, strength ,changes in my body -just to mention a few. Cannot go without a zwow and now z shred as well. Thanks to an awesome TRAINER !!!!just love Zuzka

    Hey there! Rapid question that’s completely away matter.

    Did you know making an internet site mobile pleasant? My web-site seems peculiar when surfing around from my telephone.
