Hi Zuzka, I’ve never commented before but I have a question, and I also want to say a huge thank you. I’ve had three kids, I am genuinely in great shape, and it’s all thanks to you. I work out when the baby is asleep and the older two are at school and I still have time left over for all the admin. We are getting a puppy next week and calling her Zuzka! What series do you recommend for pregnancy? You truly are awesome, thank you!

Hahaha! I’ve seriously never seen a dog with that name 🙂 if you’re pregnant you should stick to the same type of workouts that you’re already used to doing. Do not increase the intensity during pregnancy, don’t try to beat your personal bests, etc. Just keep it steady. The other thing is that once your belly gets bigger, you want to avoid exercises that keep you on your back for too long as it can harm the baby.

I was wondering if Jesse does your workouts with you sometimes? Or, What do you two do while on vacation? I struggle with going on vacation because I still want to get my workout in, but my boyfriend never wants to do them. I’ve tried waking up earlier than him and sneaking into the bathroom while on vacation , but then end up waking him up. How do you get your workout in when you’re with someone else that does not want too and feel bad making them wait for you while you do your workout?

K … I sometimes run into what I call ‘butt acne,’ or just blackheads that are irritated. I don’t know if you ever have such an issue, but I doubt it! hahaha.. : It’s just an irritating subject that I can’t get the courage to ask an expen$ive dermatologist about, so I am mustering courage to ask you about it here, in front of all my friends.. 🙂
I only get a couple, tiny bumps here and there, right before my period. It’s the kind that you wish you could ask someone to check, just to be nice, like when you might have a bump on your back – but – I have no one to ask… So, I just keep wondering and wishing I could do something about it.
But then I wondered if it’s from the material of what my underwear are made of – AND – because I do these workouts and sweat quite a bit… Also, I am prone to sweating, everywhere, during the day because I have a pretty high metabolism that keeps me active and always burning.
Have you ever heard of this?

Hey Tanya, I have a lot of back acne, also on my chest. I have had the odd bum one too. It can sometimes be due to mechanical rubbing of tight clothing, looser breathable clothes during those prime bum acne times might help. For me what helps is a lotion that contains an acid to exfoliate. I use one that contains 10% glycolic acid and 2% salycylic acid. I found one on amazon and it works well. People also use lactic acid containing lotions for that sort of thing, and for those rough keratosis pilaris bumps you get on the back of arms and thighs…

Hey all! I am just finishing the day with the last “meal” of the 500 calorie day. I followed the exact example Zuzka gave in this video. I have no idea how Zuzka got the last one to be so runny with the frozen berries and only 1/4 cup of kefir so I will have to add some water to it!! Have any of you tried this before? If so, does it get easier to adjust to? Not that today was too bad but I am just wondering what it is like if you try it for awhile……..either every other day or even just a couple times a week? Thanks!!!
