Hi Zuzka,
One interested topic would be vegetarian versus meat-eater. I have read and listen to various opinions about how good or bad it is to include meat in our daily diet being very confused about what to believe and what to finally follow. I am trying to keep a balance by not eating too much meat or not at all and I also listen to my appetite. For example, I enjoy eating fish much more than chicken or red meat. But still there are many who believe that meat should be avoided because of antibiotics used by animals, colorectal cancer etc. Others argue that meat is not ideal for the human body due to our digestive system (long intestinal tracts), because we do not have carnivorous teeth etc. I don’t know anymore what is Marketing, what is based on scientific proof and what to finally believe. You include a lot of white meat in your diet as well as veggies…could you share your opinion, have ever considered to become vegetarian, could you elaborate? Thanks a lot!

Hi Zuzka!
Thank you for this beautiful coffee talk, I really enjoy watching them, you look so beautiful <3
Btw how is Jesse?
Me and my friend, whos also a zgym member, we were talking about muscle sorness one day, we started to wonder why we dont get sore the next day from doing your workouts unless we use weights. And why does the soreness occur not the next day but the day after tomorrow?
Im I just not training hard enough? I know about the micro tears in the muscles, but do I need to get sore to build bigger muscles?
Could you please cover this in some of your coffee talks?
Thank you for everythin you do!
Three weeks ago I had my third baby, now im doing your old zwows but cant wait to re-join Zgym and try all your new cool workouts!! ❤️❤️

Hi, I do not use self tanner. I tan easily and I still have left over tan from last year. My first fat loss meal plan will not include Vegan options, but I’m planning on putting together a meal plan specifically for Vegans and plant based eaters 🙂

My daughter and i are the same way with tans. She still has a bathing suit tan line from last summer too haha. We don’t burn but tan very easily so we have to be careful with sun protection because some times I can’t tell if I’m getting too much sun.

I loved this coffee talk! I’ve always envied your skin and hair, can’t wait to try out some of these products! Have you tried a yoga silk before zuzka? I love it…i use it just like the inversion therapy table, which feels amazing, but also like trx, aerial moves…It incorporates it all! Take care, thanks for everything!

Hi Z, ive followed you since the bodyrock days but dont usually comment. But since i love love all your coffee talks, Ive been wanting to ask how hormones in a breastfeeding mom can affect weight and fat loss. My daughter is 3 years old and yes i still breastfeed her occassionally, mostly at night for her to fall asleep. Right after pregnancy it is true that breastfeeding helps you loose the extra weight faster but i after a year, i gained some weight and body fat. I have been struggling with fat loss like never before, and am wondering if maybe because of the hormones with breastfeeding?? Anyways, ☺i think this would be a great topic for the next coffee talk, since most of us warriorz are women. 😉 I remember you once mentioned you were working on being certified or something for working with pregnant women? Just would like to know how that is going? That will be awesome, since for my pregnancy i had to stop working out with you around my 3 months, and had to do other pregnancy exercises. Thanks for all your work into helping us all be healthy and fit, youre amazing! 😚

Hello all & Zuzka,
I had one quick nutrition question I have been thinking about because I am worried I may be incorrect in my logic. I really like to add vegetables (usually about 1 1/2 cups of mixed raw organic variety) to my stove top pan and cook on medium-high heat for close 3-5 minutes using the spectrum natural coconut oil spray to make a good “stir fry (I always add lean fish, chicken, turkey for protein too). Is this healthy? Or is this diminishing the value of my vegetables and increasing fat? I just want to make sure I’m not sabotaging my diet with this method and cooking it the healthiest way possible. Any opinions would be awesome! Happy Friday 🙂
BTW, what shades are you using in each of the foundations and finishing powder out of curiosity?

Hi Zuzka and Zmembers!!! I, like others, am a long time follower, since BodyRock days, but don’t usually comment much. I do have, not a question but a quest.. all these years I try to be strong and keep up with you Zuzka, but it seems impossible. I feel the harder I try the harder I fail. Meaning when I try to do workouts, postural therapy, yoga, eat well and I don’t see the results, I end up frustrated and that “little huge self hate voice” in my mind starts to grow and affect my confidence and self love. I am more and more aware of this pattern and try to avoid it and eventually when I relax and don’t concern so much, things seem to fall in the right place. But then I look at you Zuzka and I always question myself why can’t I reach those results. I know it’s dedication, motivation, hard work, but how do you stay like that all the time? If you could just talk a little bit more about these struggle (that I believe doesn’t affect just me) it would be amazing. Thank you for all you do for us. Love to all

I practice “hanging” from my pull-up bar for a few minutes after my workouts. I had really bad shoulder pain, even doing something like a plank hurt so bad. For some reason the hanging made it go away 100% and helps my posture.

Hi Zuzka., thank you for this coffee talk 🙂 My brother-in-law is a trainer and fitness enthusiast and I went to visit my sister and him this weekend. When I walked into the garage, I saw an inversion table haha! We didn’t get around to using it while I was there but my brother-in-law talked about it and he said he loves it. My mom lives near them and he’s going to have her use a few times a week to help her back pain.
