My Trip to Las Vegas

Here we are. Me and my boyfriend Jesse in the plane on the way to Las Vegas.
I had a cheat meal already on the very first night at a restaurant of hotel Wynn where we stayed. I know, shame on me, but it was so good that I wasn’t even sorry 🙂 haha
Here I am on the Olympia event and the cute girl next to me is Autumn the WarriorZ princess who was so nice to say hi when she saw me and I was so happy to see that shirt on her, you have no idea 🙂 I’ve met many other nice people there that said hi so I just wanted to say thank you all, I really appreciate it.
I did a short interview with The Vitamin Shoppe and they took this picture of me in front of their very busy booth.
I was interviewed also by the Muscle and Fitness magazine on Saturday which should be on OK! TV.
Those guys where very nice and I had a blast.
Later that day, Jesse and I decided to take a stroll around Las Vegas and look who we met, the cutest dog ever 🙂 It made me miss our little furry guys.
On Saturday night Jesse and I wanted to see a show and we were deciding between Circque Soleil and Penn&Teller. The most mature thing you can do to solve any problem is always paper, rock, scissors.
Look how tall is Penn! I had my high heels on and he still looked like a giant. He was great tho, and I am really happy we went to see their show. It was funny as much as it was incredible in terms of magic.
Another magical moment we had was during this water show in front of the Bellagio Hotel. Sometimes I forget that I am now living in America and how great it is, and this 5 minute show in combination with the song reminded me again, which made the experience for me very emotional.
So this was our weekend in a nutshell. Make sure to remember this workout for your own travels, so that you can keep yourself in shape and happy 🙂

Great photos and thank you again for yet another workout that can be done anywhere. I do have a question, do I need to incorporate running into your workouts? I normally run 4-5 miles daily, however I have decreased my running since starting your workouts. I love your workouts and have definitely seen a difference in my body. Are there any lower ab exercises you can provide?

Buy her six-pack power abs DVD!! There are two really intense ab workouts that are super hard and rewarding… I’m using these workouts a couple times a week and already seeing results!!

You are just crazy beautiful inside and out. Just wanted to say that your workouts are the highlight of my day. I look forward ot the variety and I love the way my body is changing as a result of training and eating very well all week with treats at weekends only…and that time of the month of course. i always crave something sweet then.

I often do one of the older bodyweight ZWOW or old BR.TV workouts when in a hotel, but I also always check the fitness center out and take a couple swims in the pool. –Chris

Yay, I love the Wynn and the Encore, no reason to go anywhere else in Vegas! 🙂 Thanks for this great bodyweight only workout, these are my favorites. Also just wanted to tell you this weekend I set a new personal best for half marathon and it was just a training run! It’s because of the ZWOWs working muscles I never hit before just running, and also giving me better anaerobic function. Can’t wait for my next race! Thanks for all you do, glad to see you happy.

Cool workout, I’d sill add some pushups.
And I love the dogs, so typical;-). Reminded me on my dog, he would always come to me when I wanted to workout;-).

Thanks for sharing this mini-blog of your trip. It’s great to inspire others the way you do with these ZO-Zimple workouts, no matter where we are. When we do them, we’re more likely to make it a way of life. 🙂
