I was a bit confused with the content as to me Anxiety sticks to the definition : a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease about something with an uncertain outcome.
So some of the emotions described in the vlog could rather match anger, being upset, sad, hurt, etc…
From my experience, I know I deal best with unfairness (which is the emotion I have most struggle) when I share and discuss with others. just to voice it out.
As for anxiety, this is part of the my genes, so I had since ever to deal with it. My tip is to soothe myself with an “escape” option, a mental plan B…then I relax, even if I don’t ever use that plan B. I just know it is there and can use it anytime. It calms by mind.

Thank you for this coffee talk,
I deal with mixed anxiety-depressive disorder… (now I know the diagnose, haha)
I was always depressive person, since I can remember and yes I had a break down in 2014 and couldnt even get up from the bed. It was just like a climb to Everest.
But now I have to say, it was the best think that could ever happen to me. First I found a great therapist (It was hard, because a lot of people in our country think that you are not normal when you go there),
BUT then… even to know my diagnose made me feel better. I accepted myself, who I am, I have a problem, yes, but I am trying to fight as hard as I can. And I am proud of me. Because about 70% of people with this disorder doesnt work and are at home. I founded a great family business and we are growing up.
I have really bad days / weeks / months… but I continue to work out, cycling, running (is one of the best for Serotonin)
And I am greatful for this little disorder of mine, because it makes me pushing harder all the time.
Thank you, Zuzka
Looking forward every new workout 🙂

Love this!! Your awesome and keep up the good fight:)
Yes I have! I tried it along with bioenergetics and some qui dong movements. It really works! Its a bit of a shame because there isn’t much information on it that I’ve been able to find, so my practices have been inconsistent. Have you used Elliot Hulse’s bioenergetic/eft tapping videos from youtube?

I suffer from GAD and it’s not just a time of worry. For me i feel anxious all the time, eat sleep all day EXCEPT when i workout. I hate it because i can’t immerse myself in it because it would be unbearable 24.7.
