Thank you Zuzka for sharing. I would like to pass on an absolutely wonderful book that I think everyone should read as soon as you are old enough to understand it. I certainly wish I had read it at age 18 or so but it wasn’t written then lol. This book has helped me in such a profound way in every aspect of my life and given me such peace in a time in my life when circumstances are very hard to say the least!! The author is Eckhart Tolle and his first book is “THE POWER OF NOW” his second book is “A NEW EARTH”
They are a MUST read. He also has tons and tons of talks on you tube too. Oprah also did a book club web event (now on you tube) with him on his second book that is awesome…. a good way to get it done while cooking or something… Checkout his website he has free workshops there too.
Happy reading everyone… blessings

First of all, it was so good to see you and hear you. I really enjoy Coffee Talks and find your honesty refreshing. To be human is to experience pain and stress, you are so right about that. It’s all in how well we get back up after falling down. The journey and process are the goal since perfection is not achievable. Thank you for all you do to make it a healthier world.

Great Coffee Talk. Love the idea of listening to guided meditation. I’m definitely going to try this. Alone without a guide, I could not do.
Thank You Z ❤️.

Great coffee talk as always! As far as hypnotherapy or meditation, do you have a particular source you’d recommend? There’s so many apps, videos and “soothing sounds” out there, it’s overwhelming. Where’s a great place to get started?
I was watch your video and a friend looked over my shoulder and said what anxieties does she have? Like your pretty so you have no stress or worries. We all have anxieties whether there internal or external.

Good point. There are people with really fun jobs like actors, or rockstars who are attractive, wealthy and popular people and it’s not a secret that a lot of them end up in rehab. They too deal with anxieties and even though they might be stressing out about things we would never understand, their pain is just as real as ours.

That wasn’t exactly what I was getting at, but I imagine famous folks in some ways have it harder. I don’t care to much if I get wrinkles or gain some weight. Whereas a fitness model has to think of these things all the time. That ice cream bar you want to eat becomes a bigger issue than is reasonable. That is stressful way to live.

You know I was just thinking of famous friends (musicians mostly) and could also see performance anxiety really being an issue. You step out on stage and everyone expects a great experience from a great performance. Gotta be hard doing that night after night.

I’ve missed coffee talk cause it has been a while since the last time you did it and now you came back with a topic that really touches me. It comes from the outside mostly but of course I’m not the only one without fault 😉 anyway I found your words very comforting, wise, encouraging, so balanced… thank you.
