My squat mobility is exactly like Jacqui’s. Cannot fully go all the way down without lifting heels off the floor or rotating feet out.
I have been searching for a long time for mobility and flexibility that targets this specific problem.
Thank you for the coffee talk!

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I am so ecstatic to try this, I have APT too. It has caused a wide variety of problems for me, pretty sure it was in part responsible for terrible posture (that I was lifting too heavy with) that caused a TOS blood clot and more recently a labral tear in my hip. After two years of searching for a physical therapist that treats the body as a whole I finally found one!!! I can’t wait to try the exercises you have demonstrated and share them with my PT. I am glad you are on the road to recovery, thank you for always taking such good care of us and remember to take good care of yourself 🙂

I have been dying to target my Glutei Med. more!! This is exciting! I have an anterior pelvic tilt as well and I’ve been working to correct it for quite some time. I have found that strengthening the external oblique muscles also helps to correct the exaggerated tilt. I hope you feel better quickly! Thank you for being so honest and open about your injury. Too many fitness personalities want to appear invincible.

Z! Please please please look into the fascia blaster by Ashley Black if you haven’t already. It’s an amazing tool for releasing fascia in the body for not only cellulite, but many other muscular disfunctions! If anything she has a book called the Cellulite Myth and it’s wonderful! I’ve been a massage therapist for over 15years now and I wish I had my hands on this heavenly tool years ago!! I could go on and on about it, but I don’t have the time for that, nor I don’t want to bore you with all the science behind it. If I lived in California I would work on you for free. That’s how much I believe in this thing. There are thousands of testimonials on line as well in the Facebook group of fascia blasting. I wish you well and a speedy recovery! Take care!

That lady is fishy, deleting negative reviews, and threatening people and filling lawsuits left and right. Even if her product worked, I don’t think Z would support it/her. And there is no research on it.

Z – glad you are recovering well and using your injury as a means to help us become stronger and healthier. Your explanation about the hip flexors really resonated with me. I’ve been dealing with that but wasn’t sure if it was due to over stretching or what. Looking forward to the postural therapy exercises you have planned and your coffee talk serves as a good reminder to incorporate more of that into my training on a regular basis. Thank you!

This is an amazing video and really makes me think about my situation. I always had some neck pain and mid back pain and i know it is coming from my hips and one of my shoulders is also a bit lower than the other. I wonder who could tell me why exactly my hips are not straight either (could be also hip flexor or something else) ? I admire your videos and learning a lot from you on a daily basis. I have been doing Keto as well and never felt better with no cravings and other great benefits, thanks all to you! Thank you thank you thank you!

I am looking forward to mobility and flexibility series. I am sooooo loving the Flex and Strength series and really hope those keep progressing as i have noticed such a difference. Question though: How will Mobility and Flex be different from the Flex and Strength? Thank you! problem

Flexible Strength series will have to wait. It’s too advanced and requires the kind of mobility and flexibility I don’t have right now. So to answer your question the new mobility focused series will be way different and for all fitness levels.

Oh Zuzka, i figured you would have to wait awhile on Flexibilie Strength. I actually support your recovery. I was just curious about the difference, that’s all. Thank you

No worries. You can still repeat the flexible strength workouts on a weekly basis.

wow it looks like a lot of us are in the same boat… me included. I am sure i have muscle imbalances as i can sometimes feel it when i work out. however i also keep getting mildly injured doing certain things like push ups if there are a lot or kettle bell swings hurt seem to strain my back… knee pain sometimes ……how do we know where our imbalances are and how to strengthen them. the information you are saying about tight stiff muscles is exactly what the TB 12 method talks about, they call it muscle pliability and have certain stretching and massage exercises to do….. very interesting… super speedy recovery to you zuzka!!!

I’m very excited for the Postural therapy that’s to come. I think I really struggle with hip flexer and hamstring flexibility. I probably have a few imbalances I don’t realize. I’m in no pain but with all the flexibility training I feel like I’m just not progressing as I should be.
I’m also happy we will see you back in a workout tomorrow Z 😍🤗
I will watch this coffee talk again because it had great info in it. Thanks a billion Zuzka! 🖤💚

Wow this coffee talk was awesome! Thank you for pointing out those posture imbalances because I have been trying to deal my anterior pelvic tilt and I have a hard time getting my heels on the floor with low squats, this is why pistol squats are hard for me to do. I can’t wait until tomorrow for the new workout and I am glad your back at it:)
