Hey guys, I hope you’ll enjoy my new VLOG!

I read your questions in ZGYM and it helped me to put this video together, so thank you for all your comments. You guys seem to be most interested in nutrition and motivation to stick to your training. I hope this video will help you to to understand the mindset about fitness and exercise you need to create in order to stay consistent with your training forever. Also I shared some simple tips that help me to keep active and always in the right mood for a workout.

    Hi Zuzka, I’m following your workouts from about 6 month approx. Two weeks ago doing competition burpees I had a suddenly pain in the lower back that Obligate me to stop, since then I wasn’t able to workout due to the pain (only on left side). I wanted to ask you how can I avoid this in the future. Thanks in advance for the help

      pon duro el abdomen y concentra el esfuerzo lejos de la espalda. de otra manera has half burpee. o just keep to the beginners first to endure your muscles.

    I laughed out loud when you asked if we were thinking “I hate this” when we were doing the pushups. Quiet the opposite! I loved that you told us right then and there to do 10 p-ups. I was like ” this is awesome, I’m doing p-ups with zuzka… And it’s not even a workout” lol. Is that silly?. I do a workout with you everyday…

    I agree about putting on something that makes you want to workout. That works for me as well. If I’m laying around the house and I yawn I say ” ok, that’s your que. it’s time to workout” lol. And another thing I do for motivation is watch one of your workout videos and by the end I’m ready to rock ‘n roll! Thanks for the Zgym!

      Me too me too, I said proudly to my bf who sat in front of me “Okay Zuzka wants to do push ups now” and then I took my computer to floor and did my push ups with Zuzka, so cool! 😀

    Thanks for this great vid Zuzka, even in recovery you just glow with health. I was having an off day today, feeling a little light headed and running a little late this morning so ended up skipping my usual morning routine and workout. Watching this and all the joy in you as you talked about your work and life gave me that extra zest to pick up my lovely beast and do my workout. I haven’t skipped a day in over a month and have noticed huge progress in such a short time, but it’s encouraging to feel connected with others of like mind and to know that I am part of something wonderful and joyful! Thank you for all of the kickass workouts and the sunny outlook 🙂

    Thank for this video!
    I want to say about work out as a habit. I’m with you more than one year, and it’s exactly my daily habit. If I don’t exercise, I feel like I’m getting fat. 😀 And then I do at least 5 min workout. 🙂

    I have thought about what you can tell us. How do you care about your skin when you sunbathe? What do you use before and after?

    Good point with wearing the workout gear as often as possible. I change into it if I haven’t done a workout for the day and it helps sooooo much with squeezing it in even when it is really busy.
    I agree with the topic of suncare and the self tanners if you do use them anymore.
    Another in depth topic that would be good would be on the difference in protein powders, which ones are good, what to look for on the labels, etc….educational 🙂

    Hello Zuzka! Thank’s for the tips and all support that you give us!
    Today I complete 1 year since I decide to start my fitness journey and in the very begging I hated the push ups, and asked myself all the time – How I could like this type of exercise? But today I love every single day with my fitness routine, because when I have to recovery I feel like my day is incomplete and my body give me the message that I need to workout.
    Great tip to wear light clothes to be prepare to exercise all the time! I do this and while the food cooks I do some push ups, chin ups or pull ups because my pull up station is in the kitchen and when I go to the bedroom I hanging me at the pull up bar that stay on the door and do some reps just for fun. All this habits I developed listen your advices everyday!
    You are right! Stay active is the best habit that we all can bring for our lives for an happy lifestyle, because exercising everyday disciplines all the rest of life, keeping you are more aware about what is better for you all the time, giving you conscious about food, healthy choices and make you more confident, resilient and flexible in life.
    Thank you for stay here everyday Zuzka! I am happy for having you like a friend, a mentor, a light and believe or not, you really change my life!

    Hello Z, I have got a question for you. WHat do u think about carbs in the evening before sleeping? We had this conversation in one of those FB groups where I am following the low-carb regime, some dont and some even gave advice to eat carbs at night … they said it doesnt matter if it fits their macros. In some way I agree with them but dont carbs stops you burning fat through the night when your growth hormone becomes active? WHat do you think about this? Thank you.

      Think that this depends on you Body…Loved reading the book “Intuitive Eating” Which suggests to learn again to listen to your Body and to be able to recognize what he Needs and give it to him. More difficult than it seems…
