Love your coffee talks. I’m going to put the pistol squat suggestion to use! they are rather hard for me to do. I can do push-ups pretty good but it took me a long time to be able to do them lol. the procrastination talk is spot on. I am the worlds best procrastinator! what you said about house work and getting angry with the husband and kids that was soooo me. then about 5 or so yrs ago what my dad had been trying to tell me finally kinda sunk in. he saw me doing for my husband, kids, and some other family and he kept asking me, am i happy? when and where is my time? well i thought he just didn’t understand. turns out it was me that didn’t understand. took my husband and son a long time to come to terms with the new me,the me that put myself first. daughter is the one that got me to start exercising and paying attention to me. she’s also the one that showed me your web site. but the point is once i started exercising and taking care of me i started feeling better. i no longer stress about the dishes or the dirty floor and you know what? husband and son, mostly husband, has come around and see’s that i’m a much better person to be around, all because i started looking after me!!! i also no longer feel selfish for doing all this for me, well most of the time anyway 🙂

What a great coffee talk! I will practice pistols squats with ZGYM Method… I still cannot do them well…
And thanks for commenting about chores… I hate my house to be messy and sometimes put to much energy into that… you have a wise point of view, great that you share it we all of us! 🙂

Thank you so much for the strength-building method! Pistol squats have been my goal forever, but I always seem to injure myself, which sets me back to the start. This sounds like a great way to get around that!

Ha! I can definitely procrastinate on my bigger goals. I even tell myself I’ll be able to focus better when the house is clean and organized! Thanks for the reminder 🙂

Love the coffee talks as always😊 This is random and doesn’t have anything to do with the video, but I hope in the near future you do another KB series! I absolutely love training with mine and it makes for amazing workouts. Your workouts especially.

I raise my hand for new KB series. I would like them to be advanced with some new exercises. I’ve done all KB workouts in ZGym twice or maybe 3 times))

Oh yes!! KB is my favorite equipment! I like the idea of an advanced KB series or a 2-equipment series like Kettlebell & sliders or kettlebell & power band because they’re low impact and great for toning and building muscle. And I love when there is a quick stretching portion like Inferno had. And if they could be under 25 minutes that would be even more amazing haha
Work your magic zuzka 😉😅 I’m sure we’ll love whatever you come up with.

I love KB’s and the thought of progressing my BodyWeight Skills and to see what i can eventually accomplish. It impresses my son to me wanting to do stuff like one arm push ups, HSPU, pull ups and such. Plus it makes for a pretty upper body definition. My son now joined one of those Wall Climbing, Ninja gyms in Kansas where he lives. His upper body is really building and no weights. He is having fun.

I would love a new kettlebell series! All of your kettlebell routines are brilliant, I’ve don’t them numerous times, they never get boring. I also love that I can do them in the same room as they don’t have much equipment.

This was such a light bulb moment for me! The same principle applies to dog training: short moments of working on skills throughout the day results in much quicker – and more enjoyable – training than trying to fit everything in longer, less frequent training sessions. I had never thought to apply this same mentality to MY training, which is awfully silly thinking about it now.

Thank you for all the awesome advice and tips in this video!

Oh, Zuzi, this came just on point. Just like you would talk on my behalf. I totally agree with you on everything you said about priorities. I just wish my mom would have realized that on time. She was the best mom ever for us three kids, but she should have taken care of herself better. Her health should have been her priority, not if we always had enough food, pies and clean home. She used to take us to skating trainings for many years, but she never did anything for herself, never…even though she used to played basketball herself before having us. People, especially moms, should be a little bit more selfish, take a good care of their health and that way be here for us, the ones they care, the longest they can. So my point is that exercise and health is truly super important in all aspects!! My dad on the contrary ran his first marathon in Prague in May this year at the age of 62 in 4:24 hours. Hats off for that. Take a good care of yourself guys, health is truly the most important thing we have, without that, we have nothing. Xoxo have a happy Sunday!

I am sure by now everyone understands that in order to be lean and show muscle definition you need to eat clean, train and maintain a calorie deficit. What I still have trouble understanding is: How long do you have to keep cutting down calories for. It just doesnt make sense to keep cutting because we all know at some point your body will stop dropping fat. So what to do you do at this point? You cant keep cutting calories especially if you want to achieve a certain level of leanness because theres only so much you can cut out. Secondly, if you manage to achieve the desired leanness what then? Do you increase calories again? Wont that make you gain all the weight back again? Im just really confused. How can you eat enough food and stay lean? Theres no way that staying lean requires you to be on a low calorie diet. It still really confusing!

I totally see the confusion in that. I think that once you achieve your desired level of leanness, you would need to determine maintenance calories to maintain that look.
