Great advise, makes me feel more relaxed about my upcoming vacation… We all need a little break, it’s good for us.
Zuzka, do you get off your keto diet when you’re on vacation?

Congratulations on your engagement. Jesse couldn’t have picked a better place to propose. My husband and I married on Maui. Next year is our tenth and guess where we’re going. The retreats are an awesome idea. Thanks for being an amazing inspiration. Always enjoy your coffee talk.

Congratulations on your engagement! I wish you many happy years ahead!
Cool that you spoke about coconut oil and sun. I heard about it by chance a few days ago and tried it while mowing part of my lawn. It was great, I did not burn (and normally I am one of those pale people who burns in 10 minutes). I actually got a little tan & it felt good on my skin! I am pleased with this because my skin hates pretty much every sunscreen I’ve tried, even the natural ones start to irritate my skin after a few days of repeated use, so I like the idea of mixing in coconut oil days. I like the idea of getting more vitamin D, too. I have been avoiding sun exposure for a number of years now (I even bought a burquini for snorkeling while I was in Hawaii and to use while I lived in FL). That makes me wonder if I have a vitamin D deficiency & if that possible deficiency is playing a role in me getting so many skin cancers (I’m on number 5 for 2017 so far).
A Health Retreat sounds really cool! I doubt I could ever go to one though. I have celiac disease and an unusual and difficult food allergy, making it impossible to rely on anyone but myself for food preparation. We used to travel internationally and domestically a lot. Now all we do is road trips because I need to bring my food and cooking utensils with me.
