Zuzka and Jesse - Motorcycle Ride to the Beach

These two cute little creatures had been living with us for over 2 years until just 2 days ago, when their owners came to pick them up. We really enjoyed fostering them, so it was little sad to see them go home, but it was the best thing that could happen to them and everyone involved. Jesse was really sad, because he was with them a bit longer and he really loved Vegas – the one with long hair. Vegas has the funniest personality. He can go from a foaming growl to a completely adorable innocent look in a split second. Chopper is super cute too, and we called him chicken nugget 🙂

Jesse and I went for a motorcycle ride on Saturday afternoon, right after we said goodbye to Chopper and Vegas, just to cheer up a little.Â
Everything is better when we are together! And when we’re having fun…which we always do. I might get bored here and there, but Jesse can make me laugh anytime he wants, and that’s the most important thing. I might not be as funny as him, but he gets a good laugh whenever I do something clumsy. Quite often 🙂 haha.Â
I love this photo. We don’t actually ride that fast… I would start screaming if we did!! 🙂
We drove to up and down PCH and stopped off at the beach.
We watched the beautiful sunset.

I prefer to live near water. Either the ocean or even a lake would do but I love being on a coast. I live in the tiny town which has been named the coolest little Capital in the World, Wellington in New Zealand.
I am from Edinburgh Scotland originally and lived for 5 years in Melbourne Australia 🙂

Awesome. Everything is fun with my boyfriend. He just landed a major job, which will enable him to spend time with me in Eastern Canada, as well as keep his place in Calgary, Alberta, where he’s a mere couple of hours away from the mountains. The most important thing is, that we are both fun loving, positive people who have each led interesting lives, but I have never had a real “partner” or partner in crime. Most every day of the old relationships was painful. This relationship has been the most amazing gift, and he’s proven time and again how much adores me, and appreciates me. Beach, mountains, with family, or couch. 🙂 <3

I love the water, so I live in a small town in North Queensland, Australia. We can’t swim of course because of the crocs but we have great fishing, we go mud crabbing, camping on the islands, prawning and fishing off the beach. I love the smell of the ocean, it’s very cleansing. We go out in the boat and we see dugong, turtles and sea snakes, it’s amazing and I love it! :). It’s a nice environment for the kids to grow up in too.

Hi sweetie !!! Ive been following you for 2 yrs now ,ok I chose water, because I love to swim ,but you pray where God wants you and thats where you go ok and then you make the best of it ,now for ex. I am not living where I thought I would but I pray and I know for sure I am supposed to be here for now so I have a wonderful gym with indoor pool, so there you go !!!

I have the best of both worlds. I live in San Pedro, so I have access to the harbor, marina and the beach…AND, my family has a vacation home in Lake Arrowhead in the San Bernardino mountains as well. I’ve always wanted to try to live in the mountains full time, but I like to have access to the coast and the city too. Lake Arrowhead is beautiful…If you guys have never been, you should check it out one day! We also have a rental property there, if you’re ever interested. 🙂

I wonder how the audio on the camera could be improved outdoors? Maybe some foam over the mic? I would live on the beach, but I love the mountain as well. Sort of have both worlds here in the Puget Sound. Sorry to hear about the big fire. I at one point worried that it might be near you folks.
Be safe on the bike. Once saw a guy in front of me making a turn and he hit some oil. Boom he was down and slid for about 50 feet before hitting the curb. Even with the helmet and leather he was badly injured and bleeding all along his left side including his chin.

I loved your video!! I would love to live in California even just for a year. There is so much between the culture and the actual geography of the state. Your not to far from any of the fun things. Anyway to answer your question I have lived at the beach for four years once, and I think the mountains would be a cool new experience for me and my hubby. We both grew up in the south and then together we lived in Florida so now I think it would be fun to come back to America and be in Colorado at one of the many AF bases or even northern Cali 🙂 xx

I live in Sydney Australia. I prefer living by the sea. That was a cool video and I enjoyed it very much. Love your dogs and how kind you both are to them. I was wondering why you were fostering Mr Vegas & his pal when they have their own owners.

Hi Paula,
I’m guessing their owners where out of country or something like that. Possibly where it wasn’t safe to have dogs or Mr Vegas or Chopper have some special issues that needed care from a dog trainer. –Chris
