Zuzka and Jesse - Motorcycle Ride to the Beach

These two cute little creatures had been living with us for over 2 years until just 2 days ago, when their owners came to pick them up. We really enjoyed fostering them, so it was little sad to see them go home, but it was the best thing that could happen to them and everyone involved. Jesse was really sad, because he was with them a bit longer and he really loved Vegas – the one with long hair. Vegas has the funniest personality. He can go from a foaming growl to a completely adorable innocent look in a split second. Chopper is super cute too, and we called him chicken nugget 🙂

Jesse and I went for a motorcycle ride on Saturday afternoon, right after we said goodbye to Chopper and Vegas, just to cheer up a little.Â
Everything is better when we are together! And when we’re having fun…which we always do. I might get bored here and there, but Jesse can make me laugh anytime he wants, and that’s the most important thing. I might not be as funny as him, but he gets a good laugh whenever I do something clumsy. Quite often 🙂 haha.Â
I love this photo. We don’t actually ride that fast… I would start screaming if we did!! 🙂
We drove to up and down PCH and stopped off at the beach.
We watched the beautiful sunset.
Kissed…
…and jumped back on the bike to go home.Â

Ahoj zuzanko;-) I m also from czech….and I love your workouts. I lived for 3 and half years in Florida, key west thats where I meet my husband and got married;-) and last summer I spend up in Alaska, where my husband working every summer, and from there we moved to Summit County in Colorado and I love it up here!!!! And I must say mountains are the most beautiful place, even thoug I always wanted to live by ocean and palm trees ♥

Hi Zuzi,I believe both of these options are great so If I would have a chance to live half year in mountains and half on the beach it would be the best forever…. if it doesn’t sound to spoily 🙂 🙂

Hey Zuzka and Jesse,
The beach is the place I would pick to live by. I am from Miami where we have the most beautiful beaches with white sand and clear crystal blue waters. Since we are basically surrounded by water here, you can smell the sea air all year round in some areas. It makes for great morning walks. My family and I recently went to North Carolina and although its very scenic I wouldn’t change my tropical paradise for the mountaneous landscape. There is something so therapeutic about being on the beach during the cooler weather as we are currently having, my family and I pack a picnic and head to the beach to watch the sunset. It is good for the Soul!!! Love your motorcycle expedition.

Lovely video – thanks for sharing! Sorry to hear of your lovely dogs going back to their owners and I must say that all of your dogs are incredibly lucky to have found you both. It makes me really miss my two who both passed in the past few years. We had a Bull mastiff girl named Cocoa too! I think it’s time for another 🙂
To answer your question….I currently live in Calgary and love being close to the Rocky Mountains but being brought up on the ocean is far better! I love both the mountains and ocean and hope to have the best of both because we plan to move to Vancouver in the next few years.

I live in Vancouver B.C. Canada so I live right beside mountains AND the beach. It is so beautiful here. I love it. I went traveling to SE Asia for six months and the beaches there are AMAZING! I also spent some time in Australia and New Zealand where the water is also spectacular. Sometimes I think I have seen the most beautiful beaches (Malibu, Maui, Key West) but I have not yet been to Central or South America so we’ll see… The beach is definitely where it’s at for me 🙂

My ideal location would be able to have both. While I grew up in the mountains of Colorado,I live in Massachusetts now and had three years of ocean. Both are so a part of me.

Zuzka! I can’t believe your boyfriend has a motorcycle. My boyfriend is also named Jesse and he just received his motorcycle license and is about to buy a bike. We live in Austin, TX (and love it) and I can’t wait to go on rides with him through the Texas Hill Country. I prefer the country/mountains, and visit the beach for vacation.
