I’ve been wanting to vlog on a consistent basis for as long as I remember. The hardest part has always been to find a good rhythm. Something that would be sustainable. I don’t want to get too ahead of myself (that’s my specialty), but I think I found it. My plan is to shoot throughout the week to give you a little peak into my personal life, reply to some of your recently asked questions, and share some tips.

I also recently had a problem with melasma from my recent vacation to the Caribean. I went to my dermatologist and she recommended the Obagi Clean. It has cleared my face up. If the current product isn’t working I would try this miracle cream for brown spots.

I’d like to see a workout with a plyometric box, I do box jumps, verticals…etc. But I’d be interested to see what you would come up with now. In your Power Strength Series you incorporated a lot of plyo which I love…as a runner 🙂
