A speedy recovery, Zuzka! Injuries should always be treated seriously. If I had been careful most of my on going troubles would have never appeared.

This is so sweet! I don’t know the whole story between you two but I can fill in the blanks that you both have the same ex husband! What a great way to have the last laugh π
Also thanks for the inspiration about the workouts – I think I’ve been buying into the idea that more/longer HIIT etc is better lately… and i’ve been experimenting with other stuff I’ve found on different youtube channels. it’s all fine, but I’ve also had the feeling that I’ve actually gained body fat lately, which I never did when I was strictly doing your workouts consistently. Perhaps sometimes less is more, and it’s just better to push yourself and watch your diet. That’s another thing I’ve noticed – longer, more draining workouts end up giving me a massive appetite and I probably end up just eating way too much.
So… it’s March now and it is also the first sunny, non-freezing cold day where I live.. and i’m feeling inspired to do some “spring cleaning” and tighten things up a bit. Thanks for the inspiration as always, it’s just what I needed π

Life is a reeeal soap opera )))
Funny, I was going through splitting with my man at the same time Zuzka was getting apart from Frederick. Although we hadn’t been officially married but still 6 years of marriage-like relationships is somth which is not quite easy to finish and forget. It was accepted end of us as a couple without any bickering, squabbles and quarrels. Thanks god, we were wise enough. Right at the same time I, just by accident, texted ex-girl of the closest friend of my ex. I simply needed somebody to talk about trivial things like weather or clothes, but without any trivial advises people tend to make in such situations. So we went for a beer and – became closest friends. Since then we’ve been supporting each other in life even though we are different persons with different life styles. I’m glad I texted her back then.

Ah okay thanks for clarifying! I didn’t do any google searching π I will check Jacqui out. She seems like the real deal π

maui, hi
I am inclined to agree with you on less is more. Do too much and it loses the intensity and gets sloppy. For sure, it’s much more productive to clean up the diet. Ongoing process…

Every now and then I still check out Bodyrock/Sweatflix whatever it is these days, but I find the site is really disorganised. It’s super weird to see Sean. He looks and acts so different now.

Thank you, i am trying these later. Could i use just erythitol or something like that instead of honey?

Hi Traceym1
I don’t know, I never use anything but honey if I have to sweeten something… but you could just try, the amounts are so little that it really begs for experimenting π
oh, when I make mine, they are softish while warm and as they cool down they get gummy crunchy, yum!
Just play and let us know π

First of all, welcome to the Zgym Jacqui π ! I am looking forward to workout with you this week π I am truly grateful that you are there for Zuzka and that you two are supporting each other. What a great example for all of us.
Secondly, Zuzka I hope that you recover/heal fast. I understand your situation. Last June I had injured my lower back (by putting my beast on the floor after an awesome workout, without paying attention to my form… π ) wich resulted in an imbalance in my lower back and my right knee suffered from it as well. I tried alot of treatments. I went to see a chiropractor and an osteopath but what saved me were your postural therapy routines π
Great coffee talk π Loved everything about it. Have a great week π XO

Thanks for the talk! I am glad you talked about workout time, but could you maybe discuss the time and how to approach how to achieve skills, flexibility and maybe strength? We still label these things “workouts” such as you do your Stretch and Tone Cardio and Flex and strength and such. Thanks
