Shopping for Jesse's Birthday Present

Hi everyone, so Jesse’s birthday is coming up and I did not prepare for it. We both don’t really make a big deal about our birthdays, so I am not as stressed, however I would love to have at least a little surprise for him. I can’t even get him a cake, because he doesn’t eat anything that has sugar in it, which is smart, but it makes it harder for me 🙂 I went to a store to check out some boots for him, because his old favorite ones are falling apart. Also I want him to always have proper shoes, because he has an old ankle injury from a motorcycle accident. Here you can check out the short video of me going to the store:
I couldn’t find any nice boots for him, but I found a book for myself 🙂 anyways I know what I’m going to do for him. I won’t share it right now, because I don’t want to spoil any surprise, but I will sure let you know. Either way, if you guys have any suggestions, you are more than welcome to leave a comment below.Â
I just thought of a few things that I would get him if I could. So if I could, I would take him to an awesome trip full of fun and adventure. If I could, I would get him flying lessons so that he can get his pilot license. I’ll keep dreaming and maybe next year one of these ideas will work out 🙂Â

Boots are a good gift. Something simple yet tells him you know what he likes is the best, but the flying lessons sounds like a good idea if a bit expensive. Maybe a jump out of a plane! 🙂 I’m serious! You two could do a skydive together. They have Tandem Skydiving Session for something like $170! I think you two would love it! It’s exciting and dangerous (a little) and gives you a whole different perspective on the world. –Chris

Not to be harsh, but really, sugar is not the problem. Refined sugar is. Make yourself a gift and read “The China Study”. Then read “The 80/10/10”.

Hi Zuzka. A nice knife always seems like a solid guy gift. From an everyday carry to something fancier, what my wife calls my gentlemens knife, you can have personalized with engraving. My best birthday was when my wife dressed up and cooked for me and we stayed in that night. The best gift is you! Good luck!

Z, I don’t really like eating sugar either, so for my birthday I try to make sugar-free alternatives of my favorite treats. You can make Jesse a sugar-free dessert! There are tons of good recipes with no sugar in them that taste amazing…just look at some blogs! i Know!!! I know!!! does he happen to like Harley Davidson? then, get him a mug with the logo on it, or a man cave sign to put on his wall , or a cool T-shirt or winter hat with logo… :-)) anything he will give daily use to and think of you every time he uses it :-))
