Stress and Cancer Free!
Blog | March 27, 2015
Heather has posted her comment on my latest coffee talk and I just couldn’t stop thinking about it, so I sent her an email, and asked her to share her story with all of you guys.
“I decided to take a real picture of myself with my fresh scar to show you I’m for real about my healing process. I normally don’t even take pictures of myself!”
My father died of esophageal cancer in April of 2007. He died very quickly as well. I am just coming back to join you after a short break. I had a tumor in my abdomen and we thought it was cancer. My surgery was just this past December and I had some of my intestinal tract removed which was a brutal recovery. (I have been back in the ZGYM for a month now!) Although I have been working out with you for 5 years, my main issue was stress. It literally made me sick. I have since changed my life by combining fitness with better eating habits AND changing my mood through positive thinking about EVERYTHING. I focus on the things I love and never think about my body fat, debt or anything that makes me feel stressed. I just live in LOVE to raise my vibrations and heal myself from the inside out. Long story short, I have ZERO cancer. They can’t even find a trace of ANY disease…not even Crohn’s or Colitis. The doctors can’t tell me why or how, but I know how I healed myself in the last 3 months. I truly believe that constant positive affirmation and living in a state of love has helped heal me.
I agree that detection is needed, however I really think that the awareness needs to be more about healthy living as a whole. just 2 days ago a friend shared great video with me that I want to share with you, Zuzka and everyone (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=samIbgtvJ4Q). I think this is right up your alley and the principles they talk about are just how I have been trying to live my life. It really makes you think about how we as a society will treat illness with drugs instead of treating ourselves naturally, BEFORE we have a problem.
P.S. I had hired a trainer last year for 3 months because I thought I wanted to do a bikini competition but that’s not me. He put my body through hell and my calories were too low. You have the BEST blog hands down and I keep coming back every year to work out with you because nothing works quite as well! You are not like the others that are overly sexual or obsessed with competition lifestyle. You are just healthy, happy and genuine. Your beginner series helps me on days that I feel weak and your X workouts are awesome and challenge me!!! I can almost keep up with you now with minimal modifications.

fantastic! congratulations in being cancer free! i have always thought it possible that we store negativity in our body, and that contributes to illness, so i don’t doubt your focus on the positive helped you get better.

I appreciate that! Sometimes we pick ourselves apart when we shouldn’t. I have been using ointments on my scar and it has improved so much however I don’t mind it anymore. It’s a reminder of my journey.

Heather, I am really happy to see that another person is taking charge of their choices to seek natural cancer treatment. I really wish you all the best in keeping your body away from the negative aspects in life that contribute to cancer -> as well as away from the crazy “business of cancer!” I found out I had stage 0 breast cancer (left untreated, it kills) in August 2014. I didn’t want to be cut and burned to make someone rich, so I looked into alternatives for someone like me that does, but does not, have full blown cancer. My kids of 21, 23 and 25 all wanted me to keep as far away from the “business of cancer,” too, so I have a lot of fresh-minded support.
Beyond keeping as active as possible by doing at least 5 of Zuzka’s workouts a week, I also use an approved medical device called the Hothouse dome. You can google it and find a lot of impressive information about it. But when my medical doctor told me twice in less than 5 minutes that “that kills cancer,” I asked myself what I was doing in his office and just went home and waited for my hothouse dome to arrive. The principle of a fever is how it works, whereby cancer, viruses and other bad things do not survive our body’s elevated temperature. The hothouse dome can raise sections of the body’s temperature to 105 to 108 degrees, safely, by far infrared light, a natural light from the sun. So, I’ve been using it for 7 full months and I’m sure I’ve killed this stage 0 cancer in my left breast. But – I don’t know without more tissue samples that cost me more than $25,000 in just 3 months. Because I dont’ have that kind of money – and I’m sure you don’t either, I’m suggesting this approved medical device that doctors won’t come right out an tell you about, for your information – and that of the rest of the ladies here.
IF you google “hothouse dome testimonials,” or “hothouse dome benefits” you will find the information that led me and several of my friends to choose this as their form of true, loving care of their bodies. Any time I kind of overdo it in my workouts, this thing does the trick in helping to bring immediate relief, too. 🙂
Again, I applaud your choice to treat by living right instead of buying into the cancer business.
HUGS!! TO YOU AND ZUZKA (for sharing this!!)!!

I am so sorry to hear that, but you sound like you are in the right mindset. I have never heard of that treatment before but there are some promising breakthroughs out there happening right now for those in advanced stages. Did you see the Vice HBO special? Check it out and keep up the positive outlook! I will keep you in my thoughts! https://www.vice.com/read/watch-vice-on-hbos-special-report-on-killing-cancer-217
ALSO – I want to clear up any possible misunderstandings about my story. I was not officially diagnosed. My tumor was removed during an emergency surgery at which point they ran tests for every possible associated disease and nothing was found. I had already made some major changes by then, but even as we waited on the results, I kept that positive mindset in the hospital and afterward. I was very very fortunate considering the circumstances, and my doctors were baffled that they found nothing wrong with me otherwise. I still credit my mindset, fitness, nutrition and lifestyle for my body’s ability to protect me from what could have been had I not taken care of myself 360 degrees. I want to start my own blog soon so I can share my experiments and reviews on DIY everyday products. I am sure many people don’t have the time to mess with some of it so I want to test them for everyone so we can all benefit from removing toxic situations (and products) from our lives. I replaced my exfoliant and lotion with coffee grounds and coconut oil. I have now replaced deodorant with alcohol (yes it works!) etc. etc. I am very excited about it. Stay tuned!

It’s so commendable to see people seeking positive care and feelings into their lifestyle.
On the skincare talk (((( HINT HINT, ZU 🙂 )))), “COFFEE-GROUND TALK” HAHAHAH -.. ok.. on that topic of skin, I am also natural. Witch hazel removes makeup – as does coconut oil. I don’t use any other cooking or skin care oil in my home. As for my long hair that everyone raves about, I use just baking soda to wash it (1/4 cup in 12 oz warm water), and 1 cup of Bragg’s Apple Cider vinegar in 12 oz of warm water, to rinse it. Then just about 1/4 teaspoon of coconut oil and I’m set.. and I don’t have to wash my hair but once a week. Drives people crazy cuz they think I MUST spend $$$ on chemicals to get hair like this. But eating the coconut oil the past 3 years, every day, about 3 tbs, is a good part of my skin, joint, hair and nail health. 🙂
