Jesse and I had a lot of fun on Saturday even tho we were not doing anything exciting. It was just nice to hang out together and do the normal day stuff. That’s one of the things that I love about our relationship. We can have fun even doing the most boring things like running errands, groceries shopping, washing dishes, etc. Which is great, because there aren’t as many super fun exciting days in life when you can go skiing to Alps or surfing to Hawaii. Most of our days go like this…You get up in the morning, do your workout, go to work, come back at the evening, watch some tv and go to bed. It’s ok, it’s life, but we have try to have fun no matter what we do, because it’s short.Β
Just to let you know guys, I went shopping for some clothes to a store called Q Fashion in Burbank and I got this awesome sweater for only $17 and the other sweater that you could see in the video was only $15. I spent $58 all together and got 6 items out of it. I love good deals on clothes!
Also if you guys are ever in Los Angeles, try our favorite restaurant in West Hollywood Cecconis. It’s an Italian restaurant with great food and atmosphere. Our first date was there π

Hey, you look more thin than a time ago, how much weight or size you have lose??, I am stuck with my weight, since 2010 I have been very happy with my body, but since march 2013 I have gain like 5 ponds from (I don’t really know why, my diet its very very clean and I always do your workouts (since 3 years, not every day but I have keep doing them like all this years) but I don’t know what happend that I gain this fat, and appears cellullite in my butt and legs :(, can you help me please?, what should I do?? reduce my portion size (they are already tiny)

Mag, I know the pain of “eating clean” and not being able to lose weight. My advice, take a closer and most of all, honest look on how much you eat. You can eat only so colled heathly foods, but if you eat to much overall calories then your body needs you’ll put on weight or nob be able to lose any. We tent to over eat and underestimate the calories, and it happened to me way to often that I ate too much only cuz I thought that thar particular food was “heathly”. In general we need way less food then the fitness industry is trying to make us believe…

Your Workouts have been an amazing switch up to my previous boring routine. Just wondering if you recommend doing your zcut cardio on top of your zcut strength in the same day. If so, would it matter which workouts I pair together. I currently have your zcut strength series but would like to add to it some equally as challenging cardio. Thanks.
