I have a lifestyle question for you and didn’t know where best to post it so I figured this post my be a good one. I know that you are familiar with Biohacking. What are your thoughts on the subject at a high level and personal level?
I recently learned about Bryan Johnson so I’ve been binge watching some of his stuff on YT. He wants to reverse his aging.
This morning I took a look at his Blueprint lifestyle and am curious about trying some of it on a small scale.

Do I need to buy a heavier kettle bell!!! I use a 20 lb. Kettle bell!!! But my question is, to increase my symmetry and balance and not so much my muscle mass and strength, is it important to increase the kettle bell weight???

I just wanted to thank you again, Zuzka. My husband went to the doctor today and his doctor said that my husband is one of his fittest patients. His doctor asked my husband 3 times if he takes steroids. lol! Kind of rude but kind of a compliment. The hubby listens to me when I talk, obviously, and I learn so much from you!!! Oh and my son is on a fitness kick, too.
