Ahi Tuna Ceviche - Z-Shred Meal Plan

1/4 lb sushi grade ahi tuna diced into small cubes
2 tbsp red onion thinly sliced
1/4 cup grape tomatoes halved
1/4 avocado sliced
1 tbsp cilantro chopped
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 tsp lime zest
1/2 tsp chili powder
Salt to taste
Chips (optional for WEM)
Instructions
- Place the diced tuna into a glass bowl and add the lime juice and lime zest. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Take the tuna out of the dish into a separate bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Gently mix and season with salt to taste.
- Serve with or without chips.
