Just in time for summer, I’ve released a new meal plan for my followers and ZGYM members! (So, if you’re reading this… that means you!) I’m so excited for you guys to try it, as it’s taken quite a lot of time to put together. I wanted to make things just right so that you can fuel your body and get in summer shape! Introducing the Bikini Body Meal Plan, your game plan for feeling and looking your (bikini) best.

I believe that everything leading to great health, energy, and performance begins with the food choices you make on a daily basis. Eating nutritious whole foods and being aware of how our bodies feel and react can make significant and long-term positive changes in our health and body composition. Keep in mind, if you want to make significant changes in your body composition, become lean and reveal your sexy muscles, you cannot get anywhere without a proper diet. Sure, you can spend hours of lifting weights or doing cardio, but none of those things matter, because lean muscles are made with clean diet.
Clean eating can come in many forms and mainstream diets such as keto, low carb, paleo, or vegan. The essence of this meal plan is preparing and consuming food in its most natural form using whole foods and simple ingredients in a nutritional balanced way. So don’t worry, I won’t be having you snack on processed protein bars or ready-made dinners. Bikini Body Meal Plan is not a diet but rather a way of eating that will keep you energised and improve your performance both in body and mind.
I’ve created a 6-week plan of healthy eating so you can experience your full potential through implementing mindful eating habits and fueling your body with high quality whole foods. In this program, I’ve done all of the hard work for you. I’ve created a menu of nutritionally balanced meals, calculated the nutritional data for each meal and each day, and put together the shopping lists for each week. The meal plan takes into account using leftovers which results in little to no food waste and helps with time and budget.
The meal plan features breakfast, lunch, dinner, optional snacks, and more- from smoothies to bone broth to fat-burning (you read that right) Bulletproof-style Matcha Lattes. Trust me, you won’t find this type of meal plan anywhere else. There’ll be days of Moderate Intermittent Fasts that will truly rev up your metabolism and help you to recover properly from the workouts.
To give you the most effective results in time for summer I have also created a 6 week Summer Shred Workout Program that you can combine with this meal plan. The only thing that I cannot guarantee you is effort- that’s all on you. But if you come in determined, open, and ready to stay consistent towards your goals, then I do believe you can achieve amazing results with this program. Now the question is- are you ready?
But I don’t need to lose weight. Why should I do this?
For some people, a bikini body has nothing to do with their weight, but with their health and confidence. A lot of people struggle with things like food addiction, structure, and guidance, and this plan helps you accomplish that and more. It’s very balanced and teaches you the importance of nourishing your body with healthy foods. You’ll not only see but experience first-hand the power of proper nutrition. If losing a bit of belly fat or adding some tone and definition to your body just so happens to occur, that’s something worth striving for.
What about the calories? What if I need to eat more or less?
Depending on your goal, whether it’s to build more muscle or lose fat, you can tweak the nutrition ever so slightly. Add more snacks or increase the size of the meals, or, stick to the three meals and lower the portion sizes. You don’t really have to do either of these since the plan was designed to be accommodating to most people.
Is the plan vegan or vegetarian?
Sorry guys, but not this time. However, you may still be able to give this try, but not without some pre-planning. You’ll have to replace the animal-based recipes with extra tofu, tempeh, legumes, nuts/seeds, nutritional yeast, dairy substitutes, and plant-based protein powders. You may also need to include an extra plant-based protein shake as well. Just know that this will affect your daily caloric intake and macros.
I have ___ allergies/intolerances. Can I still do the plan?
The plan includes gluten, grains, dairy, soy, and possibly other foods that may trigger particular allergies or intolerances you may have. Should that be the case, look over the recipes and meal plan ahead of time and make the appropriate substitutions. If you don’t know how to do that, I’ve got a handy guide HERE to help you figure that out.
There’s an ingredient or two that isn’t sold at my local supermarket. Can I make substitutions?
Absolutely! This may slightly alter the macros and calories for the recipe, but generally speaking, it’s OK to make substitutions or exclusions. Refer to the guide I mentioned above for tips!
Are ZGYM members able to get this for free or this a separate thing?
The plan is separate from a ZGYM membership and requires purchase. However, members of the ZGYM all receive a special discount.
Can my family or friend do the meal plan with me?
This meal plan is designed to work for one person. If you’re going to include your family or another person, you’ll have to multiply the portion sizes of the recipes as well as the items on the shopping lists.

I bought the plan but haven’t started it yet. I will, though! Can’t wait, actually. 🙂 That said, I commented after purchasing to see if there was a “stock up ahead” list for dry stuff, like you have done with other meal plans, but never received response. I find that very helpful to stock up ahead from Thrive or the like. I’m not finding that list… am I missing it or are you just not offering it for this plan?

Hi Zuzka, do you think this meal plan would be good transition straight after keto meal plan or do I need to add few extra weeks in between to slowly start up with carbs?

Hi Zuzka & team, I’m wondering, is this meal plan built on the same recipes as the Z Shred plan or is the majority of the recipes new? Also, is it a low carb plan? Thanks!

There’s more than half of the recipes new and the rest comes from the other meal plans some from Z-Shred, some from the Shred & Glow and some from Keto. It’s not a low carb meal plan but it’s not heavy in carbs either. It focuses on whole foods, healthy eating and it’s moderate in carbs – healthy carbs.

The Biking Body meal plan is not based on any particular diet, it’s only focused on whole, nutritious foods. The Z-Shred is a great fat loss diet that is based around low carb and includes days of moderate intermittent fast.
