Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Celery Snack (FM)

Buff Chicken Celery Snack POST

Ingredients:
1 cup cooked chicken, chopped/shredded
1 tablespoon cream cheese, soft at room temperature
2 teaspoons Frank’s red hot sauce (more if you like the heat)
2 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
1 green onion, diced
3 celery stalks
salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Add the chicken and cream cheese to a medium bowl and mix well.
  2. Add the hot sauce and mix together before adding the green onion and mixing again.
  3. Add the crumbled bleu cheese and give it a taste test.  Add salt & pepper if you’d like or more hot sauce.
  4. Stuff the celery stalks with the chicken mix and enjoy!

    This looks great, however I will swap celery for cucumber and make rolls 🙂 I truly and honestly don’t like celery stalks, they just taste terrible to me, lol 🙂

    I just did this recipe and I think it’s really good! Didn’t have chives but it’s a tasty keeper, and low carb, so perfect for me!
    I had to swap the cream cheese for some mayo and sour cream too.
