Check out fr myprotein website. Impact whey isolate is really good stuff right after workouts (it absorbs fast to your body and that’s what you need right after the workout).
Total protein is very good for overall protein intake so that is the stuff I use for these kind of “meals”/additional protein for my food when needed (It absorbs slowly).
My favourite flavor for Impact whey is Strawberry Natural and for Total protein is Vanilla. Mint chocolate is also a good flavor.
Highly recommend. MyProtein has quite often sales , so wait for them and purhase enough for your stock.

I added a 1/4 of my dark chocolate bar ( I always add a bit of water too to make it mix). Delicious!

I find with a cup of greek yogurt and a scoop of protein powder this smoothie is easily over 40 g of protein. I only used one cup of frozen cherries. I added 15 g of melted cacao butter. 1/2 c. coconut milk and 1/2 c. coconut water. It is delicious, filling and protein-packed. Another one of my favorites!
