- Infused Water: Add some fresh slices of lemon and cucumber into a big jar of water.
Pineapple Infused Water:
This is a delicious low calorie drink that can serve as a refreshment and hydration after your high intensity workout. Combining veggies, fruit, herbs and water is a way healthier option than any sports drink you can buy in the store. Just make sure to drink this only on your high intensity workout day as it’s still pretty high in sugar.

- ● Tea: I drink tea like a dietary supplement. I use three loose tea blends (you’ll need a tea ball or infuser) that that I drink every single day.
- ○ Energy: I drink my Energy blend in the morning and early afternoon to get a clean caffeinated lift from the yerba mate and let the antioxidant power of the rest of the ingredients give me a quick detox flush.
- ○ Moodbooster: I drink my Moodbooster blend to help ward off unhealthy afternoon snack cravings.
- ○ Relax & Digest : I drink my R&D blend after I’ve finished my last meal of the day. It has valerian to help give me a perfect, deep night’s sleep and helps me to avoid any late night unhealthy snack cravings, especially sugar.
● Bulletproof Coffee: unsalted grass-fed butter (one tbsp), coconut oil (also one tbsp), freshly brewed coffee (large cup)Blend in a blender until smooth, sprinkle the top with cinnamon. If you don’t like the taste of coconut oil, you can use MCT oil instead. It has no flavor and about the same health benefits.
- Bulletproof Matcha Tea: One or two tsp matcha tea, unsalted grass-fed butter (one tbsp), coconut oil (also one tbsp), blend in a blender until smooth.

Do you appreciate when members suggest recepies?
I made this recepie, how to make a bullet coffee into a meal. Adding pumpkin spice as well, makes if taste and feel like a luxurious latte, but wihtout the carbs. The secret? Add an egg, and some other stuff. (I promise, you wont taste the egg!) Perfect during this season.
Frothy, satiating pumpkin spice coffee meal:
3tbsp heavy cream
¾ cup almond milk
1tsp -1tbsp neutral coconut oil
1tsp vanilla essence
½ cup of strong coffee
Pour the ingredients above into a microwave safe container and heat it until it’s steaming, alomost boiling.
1 egg
0.5 -1tsp pumpkin spice
2 tsp -1tbsp erytriol
Put the 3 ingredients above into a large mug and use a stick blender to mix it. Keep blending it while pouring in the hot mixture. The heat will make the egg coagulate a little, giving the drink a nice, frothy consistence.
Super yummy and keeps you full for a long time.
With some small adjustments you can make hot cocoa made from the same base!
Just skip the coffee and pumpkin spice, add 1tbsp of raw unsweetened cocoa powder instead.
I’ve been doing one or the other every day, the last few days. Hope you like it! 🙂

If I have bullet proof coffee in the morning as part of the meal plan should it be followed by a work out or it does not matter? I always do my workouts in the evening.

I rejoined zgym today and Iʻm glad to be back! I need a similar alternative to coconut oil in my coffee because I was doing the bullet proof coffees while going through bunny slope back in 2017 and my LDL cholesterol shot up and I began having issues. Went to a cardiologist and he said no to the coconut oil addition to my coffee pointing out that coconut oil raises our LDL. What do you suggest?

Welcome back! What other changes to you diet did he recommend? You could drink your coffee black. I don’t know what else I would put into coffee that would taste good and be healthy at the same time.

Thank you, I am so glad to be back. I am feeling Significant results in only a few days on your Z-shred meal plan and daily beginner Z-gym workouts. My energy is amazing and people are asking me how I am like this so suddenly without drugs or stimulants of any kind. I tell everyone about you and hope they will tap into your motivation and guidance. It is life changing! My diet was pretty clean at the time that I visited the cardiologist so the coconut oil in my daily coffee was the only thing he recommended I change. I had only been doing the coconut oil for a few months but it definitely affected me. The last few days I have put a spot of heavy cream (from cow) in my coffee but is this not as healthy? Your opinion?

I’m so glad that you’re having such a great experience with the program. I can’t say if heavy cream is healthy for you or not because it’s not just about the product but also about your bio individuality. In other words, it depends on how YOUR body reacts to it. Some people can’t have dairy at all and some people thrive on it. I personally believe that heavy cream is much better choice than milk, because at least you’re getting fats and it’s not stripped of all nutrients, but you won’t know how it affects you until you try it for a while. If you just started, then I would recommend that you keep track of your energy, regularity, sleep, and how your tummy and digestion feels after you have the heavy cream. Keep a journal, it will help you to figure out what foods make you feel great and what foods do the opposite.
