Fish Sticks (FM)

*this recipe yields two portions

Ingredients

1lb white fish

1/2 cup bean sprouts

1 tbsp jalapeño finely chopped

1 tbsp ginger finely chopped

2 tbsp cilantro finely chopped

1 tbsp fish sauce

1/4 tsp salt

+

avocado oil for frying

coconut flour for dusting

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients for fish sticks into a food processor and blend into a paste.
  2. Heat up enough oil (about one inch) in a deep large frying pan over high to fry the fish sticks in.
  3. Shape the mixture into same size fish sticks (you should get about 9 of them) and dust both sides lightly with coconut flour.
  4. When the oil is very hot, fry the fish sticks for about 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  5. Drain on paper towel and serve with a fresh veggie salad.
