Fish Sticks (FM)

Ingredients
1lb white fish
1/2 cup bean sprouts
1 tbsp jalapeño finely chopped
1 tbsp ginger finely chopped
2 tbsp cilantro finely chopped
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/4 tsp salt
+
avocado oil for frying
coconut flour for dusting
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients for fish sticks into a food processor and blend into a paste.
- Heat up enough oil (about one inch) in a deep large frying pan over high to fry the fish sticks in.
- Shape the mixture into same size fish sticks (you should get about 9 of them) and dust both sides lightly with coconut flour.
- When the oil is very hot, fry the fish sticks for about 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towel and serve with a fresh veggie salad.
