Here are the best options for you if you have cravings for some fresh fruit:

Apple

Orange

1 cup berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries)

1 cup pitted cherries

1 peach

    Do we have to stick to the list of fruits above? Can we substitute same portion with tropical fruits? I’m a lover of mango and would prefer to eat that instead.

      I assume she chose those ones because they are not high in sugar like other fruit.

    How come I can’t seem to find anywhere the exact meal
    Plan. I see breakfast, lunch dinner and snacks. But I don’t see how many snacks or how much of each I can or should be eating.? I find this plan very confusing.
