Today I have an awesome recipe for all of you who have sweet tooth and love pancakes! I mean who doesn’t like pancakes right? This recipe is gluten free, sugar free, Ketogenic, and absolutely delicious. I wanted to show you how fast and easy it is to make pancakes for breakfast so I made this video for just for you.
*Makes 5 small pancakes
Here are the ingredients:
2 eggs
2 oz cream cheese
2/3 cups almond flour
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (pick one that has less than 2g of carbs per serving)
2 teaspoons Stevia or Monk Fruit sweetener
pinch of salt
________________________________________________
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a blender and make a smooth batter. It should be on a thicker side. If you’re not sure, then watch the video to see the consistency. Heat up 2 table spoons of coconut oil or grape seed oil in a frying pan on medium to high. You should get about 5 small pancakes out of this amount of batter. It won’t take longer than 15 minutes to prepare this amazing breakfast for you and your loved one.

This was BY FAR the BEST low carb pancake I’ve ever tried and that’s saying a lot. It was so satisfying and I am actually FULL; again, saying a lot. Thanks so much for this beautiful, fluffy, delicious and nutritious pancake. Do you ever add fruit or anything?
