Tried it, I think its a little heavy on pumpkin and not enough coffee but then again I am a coffee fiend. I think I’ll play with the recipe a bit and try to get the right mix for me. It is good to try out. Keep the drinks coming! Thank you!

I thought the same. šŸ™‚ I found 2 Tablespoons (1/8 cup) was perfect for me. I also used maple syrup instead of Swerve. Easier on my tummy. šŸ˜ŠšŸŽƒ

Not bad! I resorted to reducing pumpkin and coconut cream to 1/4th cup each and increasing the coffee to two cups. That ratio has worked better for me.

I stay away from soy products as they are heavily processed and most of them in the US are GMO. Soy milk is also one of the major 8 allergens. Cow’s milk is also one of the allergens, however I grew up in part of Europe where dairy was a big part of our diet. My ancestors grew up on this diet, so my body processes dairy just fine. On the other hand, my body is not used to Soy products at all. It’s very important to look at where you grew up, and where did your ancestors grow up because your genetic make up will play a big role on how your body reacts to different foods. It’s a big part of bio-individuality. Soy milk might have a lot of health benefits for certain individuals and it’s a good substitute for those who are allergic to dairy, however, soy products might have a negative effect on thyroid health. If you prefer soy milk over other milks, and you have noticed your body to do well on soy, then feel free to substitute.
